We are the Service Host Ministry, which encompasses both Welcome (Greeters) and Seating (Ushers) Host. We are the first point of contact when people enter the church and sanctuary and we are responsible for welcoming and seating guests, responding to inquiries, and creating a warm atmosphere that reflects the love of Christ.
When and where does your ministry normally serve?
Every Sunday, funerals at St. Paul, and at special events as needed.
Frequency of service is?
Every Sunday.
What is the average expected time commitment when serving?
Approximately 2.5–3 hours (9:00 am – 11:30 am).
When does your team meet?
At least once a quarter.
Are there requirements to be a part of your ministry?
Hospitable, friendly, personable, and prompt. A background check is required.
