When and where does your ministry normally serve?
Office volunteers serve in the church office and administrative area during regular business hours, based on the schedule set by office staff.
Frequency of service is?
Typically once or twice a week, or as needed for special projects, busy seasons, mailings, events, and ministry support.
What is the average expected time commitment when serving?
About 2–4 hours per shift, depending on office needs and the volunteer's availability.
When does your team meet?
Volunteers meet with office staff for onboarding before the first shift. After that, check-ins happen as needed; a quarterly touchpoint is recommended for updates and scheduling.
Are there requirements to be a part of your ministry?
Trustworthy, dependable, friendly, and able to maintain confidentiality. Background check and signed confidentiality form required. Must be a church member for at least 6 months. Basic phone/computer skills required.
