As part of our "Live Simple" theme this quarter, we're inviting everyone to take on the Donation Challenge! Let’s declutter our homes and bless our community by donating gently used clothing, household items, and other essentials to local donation centers. It’s a simple step that can make a big difference. Let’s live lighter and give generously this season! Keep an eye out for recommended donation sites and stories of impact throughout the quarter.

Beginning next Sunday, November 23rd, we will ask you to bring non-perishable food to support the Peoria Friendship House food pantry.  Friendship House partners with several food pantries to help people in our community access food.  We will continue to food collection through the end of the year.

Von Steuben Middle School is our adopt-a-school, and they need about 100 pairs of gloves for children for the winter.  You can bring those gloves between now and December 14 so that the school can get it to the children before they leave for winter break.

HyVee Meals
Hy-Vee has announced they are continuing to provide families with $3 hot meals at all stores with hot food service until Nov. 14.
The store also said that these meals would continue to be free for kids age 12 and under.
For everyone else, the meals are $3 with options to dine-in or carry out.
